Streetscape Improvements to Begin In Downtown Altoona on Monday, March 11th
On Monday March 11th CH&D Construction will begin streetscape improvements in the following areas in Downtown Altoona:
-11th Avenue between 12th Street and 16th Street
-12th Street between 11th Avenue and 13th Avenue
-16th Street and 12th Avenue
There will be temporary parking restrictions along 11th Avenue between 12th Street and 16th Street, but the road is to remain open.
Parking is available in the 11th Avenue Parking Garage beside the Altoona Post Office and in the Parking Lot behind Heritage Plaza.
This project is expected to last for approximately two months.
