To report potholes within the City limits you may:

  • Either submit a form 24 hours a day or
  • Call the Highway Yard at 814-949-2212 between 7 AM and 3 PM Monday - Friday or leave a voice mail.
  • Call Public Works at 814-949-2447 between 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Monday - Friday or leave a voice mail.
Please provide the location or exact address of the property that the pothole is in front of, the date and time of your report and your name and a phone number!
Please provide an exact address that the pothole is in front of.
If possible, upload up to three (3) pictures of the pothole and surrounding area.
