HUD Reporting
The City of Altoona’s Community Development Department is pleased to share a summary of the accomplishments achieved during the latest fiscal year using funding provided by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This funding comes from two HUD programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), and Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME). The annual reports are a reflection of the many successful partnerships with housing and other community organizations.
